It seems that Uruguayans understand the need to conserve electricity when President's Vazquez's Progressive Encounter - Broad Front party led in recent polls. This is according to the Angus Reid Global Monitor.
It can be remembered that President Vazquez enforced measures to conserve energy after the country was hit by a three-month drought--and counting.
