The El Temporal de Santa Rosa is expected to hit Montevideo on Sunday night or Monday, that is August 30-31.
For a little story, Santa Rosa of Peru way back in the invasion times had prayed for a large storm to thwart the invaders away. Surprisingly, it rained and held the attack.
In 2005 Santa Rosa Storm, 10 people were killed and lots of trees and buildings are lost in Uruguay.
