Uruguay offers good real estate market

Latin America has taken a left turn through its recent elections. This trend can be a threat to the real estate market. Although Uruguay's President, Tabaré Vázquez, is leftist, Uruguay's real estate market is booming. The country offers high yields and good locations, at prices significantly lower than those in more developed countries.
