Traditionally the hangout place of rich South Americans, Puna del Este is South America's party place. Now, property developers like Natashe Caine are investing in this area to attract more tourists from affluent North America and Europe.
Caine, only child of Sir Michael Caine and Shakira, is hoping to build up a villa neighborhood with a farm feel--but just beside Punta del Este's coast. Learn more about her plans here in the Times Online.
