Authorities try to control oil spill

And when an energy crisis is happening in Uruguay, an oil spill stains its waters.
Officials are now trying to control of an oil spill outside the harbor of Montevideo after two ships collided. The oil spill is measured to be 21 kilometers long. Right now, authorities are controlling the spill using floating barriers. More details on he incident here in the Associated Press page of Google.
