Uruguay is now set up to boost up its bilateral relations with the Islamic State of Iran, says Vice-President Rodolfo Nin Novoa.
As a starter, the Islamic Republic has already invited Uruguayan officials to visit Iran. This is all part of Iran's plan to strengthen its connections with South American nations, including Uruguay.
