Uruguayan troops have been in Congo Kinshasa since 2001 as part of UN forces. The Congo jungle swallowed the vehicle that an officer and four soldiers were riding in. Natalia Martinez, 19, has been missing since January 22. It is assumed that she was kidnapped from a beach resort in Piriapolis.
