Thin model debate rages on amid deaths

The fashion world has been in a sort of tailspin about ultra-thin models. Now two Uruguayan sisters died of heart attacks just months apart. Luisel Ramos, 22, died on August 2 soon after her runway walk. Eliana Ramos, 18, was found dead at her grandparents' home on February 13.
