Business is the life blood of any economy and roads can be said as the carriers of this life blood. Roads not only help connect various parts of a nation together, but also ease the process of transportation of goods and people leading to rise in business opportunities. No doubt the Uruguay government is thinking of revamping their 1600 Kms of roads in a public-private partnership scheme
