Uruguay is in no urgent need for internationally financing its loan deficits, said Central Bank President Mario Bergara.
Uruguay's deficit has been reviewed and adjusted to two percent of the gross domestic product, up from the previous forecast of one percent. The government has already said that it has locked in a number of loans to pre-finance this deficit, saying that it will always analyze when the right moment is when it comes to international financing.
