Yesterday, it was reported that Uruguay places second in the Latin American region in the Global Peace Index. Today, we are told that Uruguay leads its neighbors in the Economic Climate Index.
Even though Uruguay dropped to 7.6 points (from 7.8), its economic environment remains to be the most attractive in the region, according to the index.
