Despite the global economic gloom, Uruguay's exports are still on a roll.

Statistics show that Uruguayan exports top ten billion US dollars, 30% more than last year's total of 6.8 billion. What's more interesting is that agricultural commodities have seen their share in the total exports go down, while not more than 15-18% of the exports was delivered to a single market. It looks like the country has learned its lessons from the fall of Brazil and Uruguay in the past years.
